David and Maral got into 4 dental schools in USA Temple, Rutgers, Indiana, and Minnesota , Romaisa and Claudine transferred our 90 credit pre-medical program into a BSc 3rd year in USA with direct acceptance into pharmacy and DO schools with a USD 4,500 scholarship. Shaini got a USD 63,000 scholarship from SGU medical school, Anita, Angeliqua, and Hibaq got into medical schools in SGU, UMHS, AUA with USD 81,000 and USD 25,000 scholarships raising the number of African American students we helped get into medical schools to 24 (we now launched our Latin American and Aboriginal campaigns to increase diversity in medical education-while others speak about diversity we actually work and accomplish it!!!!) We have reached 3.1 million dollars in scholarships for our students from our partner medical schools!
Profile of alumni of the month January 2019
David- accepted into Rutgers Dental school
5 months back David joined our postbaccalaureate predental program and at that point we told him that if he works hard and follow our guidance he will fulfill his dream of becoming a dentist. He worked hard in every advanced or prerequisite course he took with us, he excelled in tests and labs, worked day and night alongside us to submit secondaries and updates, to prepare for interview, participated in our biomarker discovery project and in our global research outreach (his was in Burundi) and had fun along the way. A true embodiment of what diversity means in our motto “Excellence and Diversity in medical education” David has Jewish and Chinese background and one of the most multifaceted personality and experiences from violin to martial arts to painting, from science to cultural endeavors.
David, we can not be more proud!
